The Successor Trustee will on August 6, 2018, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:30AM, at the St. Francois County Courthouse, 1 North Washington Street, South Front door, Farmington, MO 63640, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

All of the surface rights only in and to lot four (4), block twenty-eight (28), town of Flat River, as shown on a plat of said town recorded in plat book 5 at pages 6 and 7 of the land records of St. Francois County, Missouri. Also, one-half of vacated Norwine Street adjoining the above described lot 4, vacated by ordinance No. 574.04 and recorded in book 1557 at page 599 of the land records of St. Francois County, Missouri.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
