For default under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by Dennis E Roney, single man, dated June 17, 2015, recorded on June 19, 2015 as Document No. 2015R-05026, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, St. Francois County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Monday, August 5, 2019, at 11:00 AM at the North Front Door of the St. Francois County Courthouse, One North Washington, in Farmington, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All of the surface rights only in and to Lot Four (4), Block Seventy-Two (72), Town of Leadwood, as shown on a plat of said town on file in Plat Book 5 at Page 17 of the Land records of St. Francois County, Missouri,

to satisfy said debt and costs.
