NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Fredericktown will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall, 124 West Main Street on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board for a change in zone from R-2 to R-3 regarding that parcel of land owned by the Carleda E. Bollinger Irrevocable Trust located in the approximate 800 block of South Wood Avenue, Fredericktown, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Begin at a concrete monument, size 4” x 4” on the East side of South Wood Avenue, said marker is on the line between Surveys No. 2075 and 2054, also being the city limits of Fredericktown, Missouri; thence South 80° 52’ East along the city limits line 231 feet to the beginning corner of the land herein described; thence continue South 80° 52’ East 582 feet to a corner; thence North 12° 03’ East 425 feet; thence North 3° 48’ East 220 feet to a corner; thence North 72° West 29.5 feet; thence South 51° West 30 feet; thence North 81° 45’ West 133 feet; thence North 84° 45’ West 56 feet; thence South 82° West 53.5 feet; thence North 81° 30’ West 73 feet to a corner; thence South 14° 20’ West 150.5 feet to a corner; thence South 89° West 190 feet to a corner on the East side of South Wood Avenue; thence South 12° 03’ West 425 feet to the beginning corner, containing 8.3 acres, located in the Delmar Park Addition to the City of Fredericktown, Missouri, also being part of Survey No. 2075, Township 33 North, Range 7 East. SAVE AND EXCEPT: Beginning at the Northeast corner of a certain 8.3 acre tract of land, said 8.3 acres being the same land which was surveyed August 5th, 1964, for Henry Moyers, located in Delmar Park Addition, City of Fredericktown, Missouri, as the West end of Delmar Street; thence from said beginning corner North 72° West 29.5 feet to a corner; thence South 51° West 30 feet to a corner; thence North 81° 45’ West 50 feet to a corner; thence South 3° 20’ West 148 feet to a corner; thence South 77° 35’ East 100 feet to a corner on the North side of the “West End” of Delmar Street; thence North 3° 48’ East 180 feet to the beginning corner. Being located in the Northeast corner of the aforesaid 8.3 acres, which is more definitely located by plat of the 8.3 acres made in Survey of August 5th, 1964 by Joseph A. Reilly, in Survey No. 2075, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, in Madison County, Missouri. The above described real estate is all located in Survey 2075, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, in Madison County, Missouri, and is all located in the City of Fredericktown, Missouri. At which time all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
