Bids will be opened publicly at that time. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, January 28th at 9:00 AM to walk the site and review the contract requirements. The pre-bid will be held at the Board of Education building at 704 East Highway 72, Fredericktown, Missouri 63645. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids.
