NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Fredericktown will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 5:25 p.m. at City Hall, 124 West Main Street on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board to grant a special use permit to Jason and Renee Gordon allowing operation of a tattoo art studio and piercing parlor in a C-1 Central Business District located at 129 N. Mine La Motte Ave., Fredericktown, owned by Devin S. Parker, and more particularly described as follows: A lot on the east side of North Mine La Motte Avenue bounded on the north and east by Saline Creek, as more particularly described in the Quit Claim Deed dated May 17, 2022, recorded in the Madison County Land Records in Book 545 at Page 994. At which time all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
