Congratulations Leanna Castillo The St. Francois County Board for the Developmentally Disabled seeks to hire the following position: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Human Services or Business Administration and one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities. A B.A./B.S. degree in Human Services or Business Administration and relevant experience may be considered and substituted for precise degree requirements, however Master’s Degree is preferred. The Executive Director is a complex, professional position that is responsible for the overall operation and success of the agency. An appropriate candidate will be knowledgeable of Missouri Department of Mental Health Division of Developmental Disabilities processes and procedures, Home and Community Based Services programs, and knowledge of SB40 regulations. Appropriate candidates should be passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their community.
