Closings

County offices will be closed Friday and Monday for Christmas, while state offices will only close Monday.

Park Hills city offices will be closed Friday and Monday for the Christmas holiday. Trash normally picked up on Friday will be collected Thursday. Trash usually collected on Monday will be run on Tuesday. There will be unlimited trash pickup from Dec. 27 through Dec. 30. There will be no recycling during this period.

Leadwood city offices will be off Monday and Tuesday for the Christmas holiday.

Bonne Terre city hall will close at 11 a.m. Dec. 22. The office will be closed Dec. 23 and Dec. 26. Bonne Terre will not have recycling the week of Dec. 18. Residents with Dec. 23 trash will have their trash picked up on Dec. 21. Bonne Terre will have recycling service the week of Dec. 25. Residents with Dec. 26 trash will have their trash picked up Dec. 28.

Farmington City Hall will be closed Dec. 23 and Dec. 26.

Leadington City Hall will be closed Friday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 26, in recognition of the Christmas holiday.

Desloge City Hall will be closed Friday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 26, in recognition of the Christmas holiday.

Bismarck City Hall will close at noon on Friday Dec. 23 and remain closed all day Monday, Dec. 26, in recognition of the Christmas holiday.

The offices of the Daily Journal in Park Hills, Farmington Press in Farmington and Democrat News in Fredericktown will close their offices at noon on Friday, Dec. 23. All three offices will also be closed on Monday Dec. 26.

We will publish and deliver on our normal schedule on Friday, December 23 and the Weekend of December 24-25.  There will be no publication on Monday December 26.  Regular publication will resume on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
