Public meetings

The Fredericktown Board of Aldermen will hold a budget meeting Sept. 8 which is open to the public. The morning session will be from 10 a.m. to noon and will be open for public comment. Following lunch, the board will resume the budget work session from 1-3 p.m. This meeting is also open to the public, however, no public comment will be allowed in the afternoon session.

The public is also invited to the Brownfield projects meeting 2 p.m. Aug. 21 at city hall. The program is designed to empower states, communities and others in economic redevelopment to work to prevent, assess, safely clean up and sustainable reuse brownfields.
