Farmington High School holds Sweetheart Talent Show, coronation

Seventeen young ladies are competing for the title of Sweetheart Queen 2018 at the Farmington High School Sweetheart Talent Show at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Centene Center. The Farmington High School Sweetheart Talent Show and Coronation are set for Thursday and Saturday.

The Talent Show is at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Centene Center in Farmington. Admission is $5 per person, while children 10 and under are free.

Coronation is set for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Black Knight Fieldhouse and is free to the public. The dance for students only begins at 7 p.m. in the old gym.

There are 17 candidates for Sweetheart Queen. 

Britny Goldsmith is the daughter of Jimi and Jill Goldsmith. She is representing Knightline. Her escort is Isaac Tinnin, son of Brent and Kim Tinnin.

Kaia Schott is the daughter of Holly Harris-Schott and Edmund Schott. She is representing Speech and Debate. Her escort is Brad McEntire, son of Brian and Jeneen McEntire.

Hailey Swain is the daughter of Mike Swain and Terry Welch. She is representing Student Council. Her escort is Matt McElrath, son of Robin McElrath.

Savanah Barton is the daughter of Elisha and Johnny Barton. She is representing Band. Her escort is Damion Stevenson, son of Elizabeth and Curtis.

Raimie Hasenstab is the daughter of Denise Myatt and Michael Hasenstab. She is representing HOSA. Her escort is Clayton Wagganer, son of Jim Wagganer and Rebecca Wagganer.

Joshlyn Heberlie is the daughter of James and Gina Heberlie. She is representing Key Club. Her escort is Evan Robinson, son of John and Shawnna Robinson.

Kaitlyn Kearns is the daughter of Gina Kearns and the late Matthew Kearns. She is representing Wise Knights Café. Her escort is Zachary Barron, son of Laura and Bobby Lancaster.

Emily Briese is the daughter of Kim and Danny Briese. She is representing Black Knight Branch. Her escort is Devin Lumma, son of Kelli Lumma.

Courtney English is the daughter of Chris and Samantha English. She is representing TSA (Technology Students Association). Her escort is Stwirt Williams, son of Steve and Brenda Williams.

Alyssa Barnes is the daughter of Jonathan and Janet Barnes and Rhonda and Greg Currington. She is representing Yearbook. Her escort is Devon Huff, son of Oliver Huff and Belinda Collins.

Moira Kurtz is the daughter of Steve and Renee Kurtz. She is representing FHS Choir. Her escort is Kyle Propst, son of Anthony and Maureen Propst.

Marion Burnette is the daughter of Jeff and Andrea Burnette. She is representing Future Business Leaders of America. Her escort is Alexander Douglas Stoneburner Karst, son of Delynn and Rick Hall.

Hanna Miller is the daughter of Elisa Keel and Bobby Miller. She is representing JAG. Her escort is Craig Hart, Jr., son of Susan Scarlet and Craig Hart.

Hanna Hughes is the daughter of JoAnn Hughes. She is representing Winter Guard. Her escort is Clay Maize, son of Helen Jones and Robert Maize.

Skyler Gollaher is the daughter of Steve and Tammy Gollaher. She is representing World Café. Her escort is TJ Smugala, son of Thomas and Denelle Smugala.

Addy Hall is the daughter of Michelle Hall and Ron Hall. She is representing Theatre Guild. Her escort is Dean Friedrich, son of Mary Friedrich and Chris Friedrich.

Emiley Mann is the daughter of Bridget Mann and Eric Mann. She is representing Cheerleading. Her escort is Teddy Bankhead, grandson of Donna Comstock.
