Keisha Hovis and Shawn Waters of Farmington, Missouri, were married in a simple ceremony officiated by Minister Louie in the presence of loving family and friends at Alexanders Hall. In attendance were the parents of the bride and groom, Larry Hovis of Farmington, Missouri, and David and Susie Waters of Bloomfield, Missouri; bridesmaids, Jamie Worley, Kim Nash, Jacqueline Goff, Heather Allen, Kindra Hovis, and Codi Hanners; groomsmen, Jon Riley Hayes, Tom Waller, Mark McClain, Jason Trickey, Ephrum Hovis, and Heath Waters; flower girls, Karina Goff, Mya Waters, and Tinley Goff; ring bearer, Eyan Hovis; mini-bride, Haley Michelle; and ushers, Gabe and Seth Waters.
Keisha is a Farmington High graduate who went on to major in Psychology at Central Methodist University. She is currently employed as an assistant at State Farm Insurance.
Shawn is a graduate of Kelly High and is currently the general manager/owner of Bening Motor Company.
The reception took place at Alexanders Hall and was catered by 12 West.
The couple was united in matrimony at 5 p.m. on June 28, 2014. After a honeymoon in Destin, Florida, the couple plans to reside in Farmington.
