FARMINGTON -- Elizabeth Stevenson, 47, of Farmington, passed away August 17, 2019, at Parkland South in Farmington. She was born March 21, 1972, in Rockford, Illinois, to Neil and Carlynn (Choppie) Stevenson. Elizabeth had a love and passion for horses, since the age of 12. She obtained a degree in Equine Science from Scottsdale Community College, and was the owner/operator of the Harmony Equestrian Center.
She is survived by her parents, Neil and Carlynn Stevenson; one son, Damion Stevenson; one brother, Patrick (Jill Diamond) Stevenson; grandmother, Betty Choppie; special friends, Josh and Willow McBurnett, Rachel Lewis and family, Sarah Hayden; a host of close friends and family also survive.

FARMINGTON – Billy M. Dickerson, 94, passed away August 17, 2019, at Presbyterian Manor. He was born at Winnfield, Louisiana, on July 8, 1925, to the late Olan and Hannah (Porter) Dickerson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Frankie Ann (Allen) Dickerson; two brothers, Olan Jr. and Bobby Dickerson.
A member of the “greatest generation”, Billy was a WWII Navy veteran from 1943 until 1963 when he retired as a Chief Petty Officer. During his Navy career he was assigned to Naval Aviation on carriers and was also stationed in Kodiak, Alaska; Pensacola, Florida; Providence, Rhode Island; San Diego, California; Honolulu, Hawaii, and Memphis Tennessee. After retirement, the family lived in Sikeston, where he worked for 20 years as a vocational electronics instructor for the Sikeston Public Schools. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially at his beloved Saline Lake in Winn Parish.
Survivors include his children, Dianne Dickerson and Bill W. (Juliet) Dickerson; grandchildren, Alison (Wayne) Sheets, Sally Dickerson, Shannon (Mike) Davis and Blake (Erin) Dickerson; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Elsie Allen, and Mrs. Betty Dickerson Burns, and seven great-grandchildren.

SPRING HILL, Fla. -- Philip Monroe Karsch, 82, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away April 1, 2018, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was born in Farmington, Missouri, September 2, 1935, to the late Donald Philip and Helen Joy (Monroe) Karsch. He was survived by his wife Patricia; and half-sister Linda Nations.
DESLOGE -- Kenny “Red Horse” Eaton, 78, of Farmington passed away peacefully at Southbrook Nursing Home in Farmington on August 17, 2019. He was born August 23, 1940, on a small farm in Hazel Run, Missouri, to the late Gaston and Mable (Waller) Eaton.
He was preceded in death by three brothers; Glenwood Eaton, Robert Eaton and Dick Eaton.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Susie (Campbell) Eaton; son, Greg Eaton of Naples, Florida; “daughter of the heart,” Jessica Hampton-Shipman; and several nieces and nephews.
An avid horseman, Kenny was a National Cutting Horse Judge for many years for the NCHA and raised and showed both halter, pleasure and cutting horses for most of his life. The Eminence Missouri Trail Ride was a yearly gathering for many friends where Kenny and Susie rode and camped for over 20 years. After the sale of the Eaton farm, Kenny traded in all of his horse related activities for a golf cart, golf clubs and pinochle.

DE SOTO -- Albert W. Blume, Jr. was born in Glennonville, Missouri, May 15, 1945, a son to Mildred (nee Gass) and Albert W. Blume, Sr. He died at his Bonne Terre home August 15, 2019, at the age of 74.
Albert is survived by his daughter, Kim (John) Wildeisen of Wentzville; son-in-law, Jim Nelson of Bonne Terre; four grandchildren, Emma Wildeisen, David Litton, Tyler Nelson, and Dalton Nelson; and two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janet (nee Holdman) Blume; and a daughter Lisa Nelson.

DESLOGE -- Marian Jean Murray, 90, of Desloge passed away August 15, 2019, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 31, 1929, to the late Frederick and O’Dessa (Kindle) Allen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Virgil Murray; brother, Harland Allen and sister, Charlotte (Allen) Lunsford.
Marian is survived by her children, Paula Tiefenauer (Steve), Rae Dean Jarrells, Rhonda Hubbard (Roland) and Allen Murray; grandchildren, Brian, Christy, Kiley, Haley, Brett, Cody, and Layne; great-grandchildren, Brett, Garrett, Logan, Layton, Torie, and Dylan; special niece Sheila Beard (Steve),and family; special friend and sister-in-law, Arlene Murray.
Marian was a devoted Mom and homemaker who loved her children. Every Sunday for the last thirty years, all family members gathered at her house at 4 p.m. for food and visiting.

FARMINGTON -- Freda Imogene “Tooter” Ragsdale, 89, of Farmington passed away August 14, 2019, at Presbyterian Manor. She was born October 19, 1929, in Womack, Missouri. She proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. Freda grew up in the Crossroads 1st Church of God. She enjoyed gardening and playing bingo. She was also a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Josie (Pirtle) Umfleet; loving husband, William Ragsdale; two sisters, Kitty Haney and Audell Ferguson.
Freda is survived by her daughter, Paula Ragsdale; one grandson, Tate Ragsdale; sister, Katie Rion. Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

PARK HILLS -- Sylvester 'Buddy' Bender, 77, of Farmington passed away Aug. 12, 2019, at Camelot Nursing Center. He was born July 26, 1942. Buddy was a member of Christian Life Church.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne 'Miller' Bender; son, Sam Bender; step-sons, Sal Ventura and wife Melissa, and Steven Ventura and wife Katie; grandson, Tyler Kepto; four step-grandchildren; and sister, Sylvia Lynn.

FARMINGTON – Cletus “Paul” Jung of Farmington passed away on August 12, 2019, at Southbrook Nursing in Farmington at the age of 90. He was born December 28, 1928, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Cletus and Mary (Eccardt) Jung. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Brother Kenneth Jung and brother in law, Ed Szostek.
Paul proudly served his country during the Korean War as a veteran of the United States Air Force. After four years in the Air Force, he went on to have a distinguished career of 30+ years at McDonnell Douglas as an Electrical Engineer. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, flowers, planting his own vegetables, working on his land and cutting firewood. He was passionate about nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Constance “Connie” (Telken) Jung, his children, Jean (and husband Craig) Sander, Michael Jung, Donna (and husband Michael) Puetz, John (and wife Belinda) Jung, Dan (and wife Patti) Jung, Ellen (and husband Dan) Prewitt, Alan Jung, and Sharon (and husband Dan) Russell, his grandchildren, Matt and Josh Sander, Thomas, Mary and Theresa Puetz, Sarah and Jessica Jung, Allison and Amy Jung, Christopher and Sarah Prewitt, and Brendan Russell; great-grandchildren, Nathan and Henry Puetz, and Evelyn Prewitt. He is also survived by his siblings, Sr. Judith Marie SSND, Jane Szostek, and Judith (and husband John) Thiessen, nieces, nephews and many friends.

DESLOGE -- Pat Halter, 85, of Park Hills, passed away August 13, 2019, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born September 27, 1933, in Bismarck, to the late Lewis “Andy” and Gladys Irene (Vandergriff) Tyree. Pat was a homemaker and a member of Primrose Baptist Church. She loved dancing, listening to country music, watching Cardinal baseball, playing rummy and bowling.
She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Delano Halter; siblings, Llwilla Laster, Roger Paul Tyree, Dennis Michael Tyree, and Shirley Wisdom.
Pat is survived by four children, Judy Diane Mull and husband David, Jerry Dale Halter and wife Bobbie Sue, Dana Kay Murphy and husband Jake, Kristi Renee Hale and husband Luke; ten grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; siblings, Joe Andy (Shirley Ann) Tyree, and Jackie Glenn (Barbara) Tyree; loving sister in-law and friend, Bernice Pettus.

David is survived by a son, David J.
