Central High School senior Jeremy Jones signed a National Letter of Intent on Wednesday to continue his education and run for the Mineral Area track and field program. Jones placed sixth at last year’s Class 3 state meet in the 100-meter hurdles while also qualifying in the long jump. He recently earned all-MAAA honors in three events before becoming district runner-up in hurdles and high jump. Jones also played varsity football and basketball for the Rebels.
