Ervin Bellinger
IRONTON – Ervin Raymond Bellinger of Ironton passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at NHC Healthcare of Desloge at the age of 74 years. He was born August 31, 1932 in St. Louis to the late William and Lottie Bellinger (nee Weston). Also preceded in death by three brothers, Edwin Bellinger, Junior Bellinger, and Troy Bellinger, and one sister, Marie Nash.
Mr. Bellinger was a past member of the Ironton Elks Lodge, NRA, the 61 Gun Club, a volunteer for React organization, and he enjoyed his old chevy truck, hunting, and riding his four-wheeler.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Bellinger (nee Miller) of Ironton, his daughter, Gale (Mrs. Kevin) Pettus of Terre Du Lac, three grandchildren, Kelly Pettus of Columbia, Katie Pettus of Springfield, MO, and Chris (companion, Heidi Burns) Pettus of Leadwood, one great granddaughter, Skyler Pettus, sister-in-law, Ruthie (Mrs. Robert) Savage of Ironton, and brother-in-law, and brother-in-law, Jim (wife, Mary) Miller of Ironton. Nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral Service to be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, October 16, 2006 at the Trinity Pentecostal Church of God with Rev. Harvey Buckley officiating. Interment will follow in the Caledonia Presbyterian Cemetery. Memorials to charity of one’s choice appreciated. Family served by the Shearin Funeral Home, Bonne Terre.
