Vernon Frederick Meister

FARMINGTON – Vernon Meister, 79, of Farmington passed away September 10, 2025. He was born May 28, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Vernon and Clara (Heimos) Meister. Vernon loved hunting and fishing, but he especially loved spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister.

Vernon is survived by his wife, Kathy (Bone) Meister; daughter, Elizabeth Lomax, Penny Meister, Tim (Pamela) Meister, Fred Meister, Joseph Coleman; grandchildren, Brittany, Destiney Darren, Justice, Tessa; four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Farmington Animal Shelter. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
